Stayed at YHA whilst walking on Pennine Way. This is an associated YHA so privately owned, like a franchise. So consider booking directly rather than YHA booking system which uses dynamic pricing. As well as rooms there is camping for small tents. Hostel very clean run as YHA standards. Drying room and bike shed. Chap running it very pleasant and helpful. There is a chip shop down the road and the village of Hawes very pleasant The YHA does do breakfast and meals.
