Description

The campsite is open exclusively in from the 2nd to the 30th of August. We are a peaceful, family run campsite catering for tents with cars, small camper vans or day vans. Generous pitches on our large fields offer views over beautiful rolling Dorset countryside. Located in the village of Buckland Ripers, only a short drive from the famous golden sands of Weymouth bay, the Isle of Portland, home of the 2012 Olympic Sailing Events, the famous Jurassic Coast and the historic county town of Dorchester, you will always have something to discover and do. Buckland Campsite welcomes small campervans and day vans along with tents. Unfortunately, due to license conditions, we can's accommodate large campers or caravans. Electrical hookups are available in certain areas of the site. WIth our large grassy pitches and open spaces, Buckland Campsite is a great place to pitch up! Theres plenty of room to spread out and play games. Our loo's and showers are clean and modern with constant hot water. On some nights you can treat yourself to a wood-fired artisan pizza baked on-site by award winning popup Dorset Wood Fired Pizza.
