Please close gates. Users should park either at Kielder Castle or Kielder Dam, but please note that overnight parking is not permitted at Kielder Dam, especially of campervans. Wood fuel available locally. No vehicles are permitted in the forest. The bothy will be closed during the period April to September inclusive each year for conservation reasons.
