Mainly for static caravans in a lovely forest location in Redesdale. Facilities adequate but a little unkempt. Good overnight pitch on the High Road to Scotland.

Fantastic small site with limited numbers of statics and tourers, I found the hosts very helpful and friendly . The toilets were basic but spotless and cleaned either late at night or early doors as I usually visited about 0600. Its got a helpful backpackpack style kitchen thats open 24/7 with free books etc to exchange . The silence is golden and dog walks are plentiful as as hard as you want them . I will definitly come again as the pitches next to the stream are great . Cost is very reasonable at 25 per night inc power . Most importantly to some people who need internet , there is a mobile mast above and north east of the site offering outstanding speed on my mobile and tablet . 2 networks used were EE AND VODAFONE . Cant speak for o2 or 3 as i didnt use them .
