Park by the roadside off Dunstone Down at SX 707763. There's a track that leads south over the down to Wind Tor. This is an easy hundred yards or so. If you wish to extend your walk then return to the car park and take the north track that leads up to Hameldown. You can go as far as you like and return by much the same way. Much of the Hameldown track is part of the Two Moors Way.
