Modern facilities, the space for the tents is big and there is a good fish and chips store at a 3 minute walk

Very nice campingground wirh a wonderful view over the water. Staff was friendly and toilets and showers are clean and modern. The nearby bar is really lovely and has good food.

McDermott's Wirral Can't say enough about how good this site is. Besides the fact that they have opened the facilities with social distancing when a lot of the others haven't. The showers are brilliant and sparklingly clean. Well spaced out pitches and the view is incredible. The couple who manage the sight are warm friendly and always on hand. Then the location. Outside the gate is a pub, serving food, next door is the small grocery store. Then 50 yards away a cracking fish and chip shop serving huge fish suppers and they are amongst the best I've had. Oh yes then there is a bookshop and coffee shop across from that. Couldn't ask for more!!!!
