As Crags go this is up there with the best of them.

If you like hiking, if you like deer and you like getting wet, then knockan crag is for you! I'll give this 5 stars! Would definitely hike again

Right at the beginning of the walk are some walls where the story of those rock formations are, which is really interesting. The walk itself isn't too easy because there are a lot of rocky steps on the way up and down. I did the big walk and it took me about 1,5 hours but it was really icy at some parts. If you're careful it's still good to walk. The views are definitely worth it! The toilets are good maintained
