Great campsite in the middle of a mystical forest with streams and hiking/mountain biking trails. Situated 2 miles from the town of Beddgelert and at the foot at Snowden. There is a tiny passenger steam train running behind the campsite, the site even has its own stop. Besides camping grass and hardstanding pitches they are renting great looking wooden cottages. There is a bike rental, a small shop and a bake house on site. The facility block is sufficient, cleaning happened frequently but we were there during some rainy days, so the floors were muddy again instantly. Nothing they can do about that. However, it would probably be a plus to renovate the facilities at some point soon as they are a bit dated. Overall wonderful tranquil stay with outstanding surroundings.

A very private and at one with nature site. A brilliant site offering hard standing pitch's and cabins. Toilets and showers are dated but clean. In a brilliant location for hikes and adventures. Highly recommended.
