Description
The Grange, located high in the remote Vale of Ewyas area of the Black Mountains, offers Pony Trekking, accommodation, glamping pods and simple semi-wild riverside camping. Access is via a long stretch of narrow lanes.
Basic natural camping is available at The Grange trekking Centre, with the use of toilet/shower/washroom which is not far away. The field is situated in a delightful spot with a tree lined stream flowing along one side, and allows pitching for tents on the flat. The mountain ridges soar around you on all sides, and there are lots of birds and wildlife. A truly amazing place to wake in the morning!!
Full cooked breakfast, packed lunch and 3 course evening meal are available for campers and glampers.

Great little site if you want the 'away from it all' experience and don't mind the semi-wild inconveniences of long narrow lanes and a trek to the facilities. Also great if combined with some Pony Trekking at the centre.
